I had double eyelid surgery by incision when I was really young, but the line was set too high and the lines were uneven, with a sausage-eye look... I used to hear all the time, "Did you just get double eyelid surgery?" Then a few years ago I had a revision here. As far as I remember, they did not redo the double eyelid surgery, and only did ptosis correction. The line became much more natural than before. But the canthoplasty left scars. The front canthoplasty scar is still slightly visible like an aegyo-sal line, and there is also a scar from the back canthoplasty. I think the canthoplasty was a mistake.. Even before the front canthoplasty, the inner corner of my eye was a bit hooked, so before surgery people often asked if I had already had front canthoplasty, but they carved the hook even more...... My eyes were so hopeless at first that it was an improvement compared with before, but I do not recommend the canthoplasty.
