I went in with high expectations because it was a clinic I knew, and I do not want to write something this negative, but the consultation manager was the worst ever. I was planning to do it here if possible, but the manager said they had gotten a lateral canthoplasty here. But it was obvious at a glance that the eye looked overly exposed and the redness around the eyelid showed, so I do not think it turned out well. And she looked way too much like a plastic-surgery face. When I asked about post-op care, she rudely said that kind of thing is only explained to people who actually had surgery there. It was the first time I felt someone was so rude during a clinic consultation. It was not cool or detached, it was just lacking basic manners. Surgery is not just about the operation itself; follow-up observation and care are also needed afterward, and I could not trust anything about the post-op process at all.
