They were really kind and decisive, which actually made me trust them more. As soon as I walked in, they said clearly what could be done and what could not. But since they said that to get the kind of eye shape I wanted, I would actually need to lower the line rather than raise it, my surgery expectations were rated lower because I had gone there to raise the line. Still, if this had been my first surgery, I think I would have done it here. I trusted them a lot, and they clearly told me what could not be done. I also remember the consultation staff being very kind.
