I had a bridge-of-the-nose surgery with Gore-Tex more than 10 years ago. They gave me a strong, clean-looking male nose. Fortunately I had no inflammation at the time, and I was very satisfied. Later I hit the bridge of my nose hard and had revision surgery, but I was satisfied. They seem good at male noses.
