Before the consultation with the doctor, the consultation manager explained things in great detail and very professionally. They also showed me cases of surgeries similar to my eyes, which was helpful. The doctor was kind and didn't suggest any other surgeries. They mentioned details about my current line that other hospitals hadn't brought up, so I felt it was more professional.
