The only person who specifically mentioned and explained the improvement points for the part I usually thought was a problem, so I trusted them more and thought they were professional. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered kindly and in detail. However, the manager in charge wasn't especially kind. Still, I liked that there was no excessive treatment or pressure to book.
