The surgeon wasn't especially friendly, but the chief surgeon had a good personality. The counselors were generally kind, though they did recommend a lot of different things, so I cut it off at a reasonable point. The staff are really, really kind! I hadn't been getting regular treatments, so the effect isn't very obvious, but my line did get somewhat more defined.
