A typical assembly-line plastic surgery clinic. There's basically no consultation. You just do what you chose. If you wait, they immediately put on numbing cream, and then a female doctor I don't even know comes in and injects the Botox. My mouth corners ended up uneven on both sides. She just rushed out without even looking at what happened. The price is very cheap, but my expectations were very low too. The chin filler I got there before also ended up crooked.
