I got titanium lifting. The location was also near the station, so access was good. I did not get a separate consultation and just said I wanted the procedure done, so I do not really know about the kindness, but the staff at the front desk had a strong cigarette smell .. even though they applied numbing cream on my face, I could still smell cigarettes .. aside from that, I was satisfied with the effect
