The director's consultation was kind and very thorough. I asked about everything I was curious about, and they explained everything in detail without showing any annoyance. I went in for a double eyelid consultation, and another hospital had said I absolutely had to get ptosis correction, so I asked whether ptosis correction was really necessary. They told me I did not need it, which gave me confidence.
