I couldn't really evaluate how kind the doctor was, because even though I had a reservation and went, I only consulted with the consultation manager. Of course they explained things well, but personally I think the opinion of the person actually performing the surgery matters most, so I wasn't satisfied. The consultation manager was kind and explained everything well. Unlike what I had heard at other clinics, it sounded hopeful, and the after photos of similar cases looked good, but since I couldn't get a sense of how the surgery would actually go, I passed.
