I originally booked surgery here, then canceled it. I had consulted at several places because I wanted to research thoroughly, but above all they had absolutely no basic understanding of consultations. It felt like they were just saying, 'Oh, let's just do it roughly~.' Maybe they do so many cases that they treat people like objects, but it felt like the clinic's mindset was that it doesn't matter if it's not me. The person who did the consultation was not good either..
