I had surgery impulsively without thinking at all. I was crazy 10 years ago. The double eyelids still show, and after the chin augmentation my face immediately became longer and looked older. The nose is the biggest problem. I still have a bulbous nose, still flared nostrils, and they cut the nasal bridge and put in silicone, but it just looked like I was siliconized, chalk-white and all. On top of that, the nasal tip kept dropping lower and lower. I lived with it because I was too lazy, and when I went back once around the 8th or 9th year, the clinic had changed its name and it had originally been Jewelry. They said they would remove the silicone for free. They were kind to the end, but the result was a disaster. They said it was sinking and I could not even take it out, so I just went back home and lived with it. Then a month and a half ago I had a revision surgery in Busan, but the result was even worse. What they said was that they had used my septum in the first surgery, but when they opened it, there was no septum; they said it seemed like it had not been used and just said it was gone lol. Still, it seems to vary by person. A younger friend I know has had her nose done by that doctor for almost ten years, and her nasal tip still has not dropped, and people still say her nose is pretty.
