They didn't take a CT, and it's one of the few hospitals where the consultation with the head doctor takes longer than with the consultation manager?? When I met the doctor, they took photos with an iPad. I was recommended osteotomy, bridge silicone, and autologous nasal tip cartilage. Honestly, this was the clinic I had the lowest expectations for before the consultation (not because this clinic was bad, but because I had already made up my mind about another clinic), but after the consultation it ended up being the second most appealing place among the clinics I visited.
