The consultation was thorough, and since it was my first procedure I was really scared, but they helped me stay calm, which was great. They did not overdo the consultation and recommended only what was actually needed, so I was satisfied. The facility was good, there were plenty of staff members, and the guidance and check-in process were smooth.
