Even with a reservation, there was a little waiting time. It was my first procedure, so it was not a doctor but a staff member who did the one-on-one consultation. They gave me only an ice roller, without a separate numbing cream, and although I can tolerate pain well, it hurt a little more than I expected. I was satisfied with the results. However, I am not sure if they were shaking, but I felt a slight vibration when the injection was given.
