They explained things very enthusiastically, but when I actually dug in and asked precise questions, there was a lot they didn’t know. Even though they seemed like they were good at talking, it all showed in the end. They were extremely kind, though. The director was blunt, and the counselor and the director had slightly different views on engraftment. Since he is the one who does the procedure himself, he would not give me a firm percentage. The counselor confidently said 70.
