I had a consultation for breast surgery with fat grafting. I’m very slim, so I already understood to some extent that fat grafting would be difficult, but I was surprised by the surgeon’s attitude of treating patients as a real nuisance, and by how they did not properly explain implant surgery either.. I was grateful that the staff who handled the consultation seemed to realize I might have been hurt and tried to comfort me, but I was disappointed that everyone at the front desk seemed focused only on the payment issue once a problem came up with my payment.
