I gave 1 star because I couldn't meet the doctor on the day of the consultation. The manager's way with words was impressive. She also had some warmth as a person, so I was completely swept along. They pushed me to book on the spot. The staff on the phone during the consultation and the employees at the hospital station were all kind too. After the consultation, my expectations for surgery were raised a lot, but after seeing reviews saying the fat was gone again a few years later, I'm worried.
