I had 360-degree thigh liposuction. While talking with the counseling director, I decided to add the knees and panty line as well. I have severe lower-body obesity, but I also have a muscular body type, and that was discussed sufficiently. Only after I had finished all the preparation for surgery did I meet the surgeon, and unlike the explanation during counseling that they would remove more than 4500 cc, I was told there was not much to take out because of my muscular type, so I thought at least the inner thigh, which was the worst area, would shrink a decent amount. But after surgery, when I asked, they said they had only removed 2400 cc from the whole thigh, and after the surgery nothing at all had really gotten smaller anywhere, only the line had become a little smoother. It was only visible in photos, and the circumference had not gone down either, so from 64 cm it only went down to 63. So I had revision surgery at the same hospital, and they removed 1000 cc just from the inner thigh and banana roll area. It has been one month since the revision surgery, and it went down by 1 cm to 62 cm, and I do not know if it will shrink more. Even people thinner than me have more removed than I did, so it feels like such a waste of money.
