The director was so busy that I couldn't get a consultation, so I don't really know. But the consultation manager was very kind… Even so, no matter how well she explained things, she isn't a doctor, so I didn't give much credit for expertise. I lowered my score because the hospital doesn't have an anesthesiologist on site. At other places I saw lots of people saying it's a great place for eyelids.. but the reviews on this community were a bit different, so I lowered it.
