I got surgery on one dimple, and for three months afterward I was depressed and regretting it. At the time, it was so unnatural and had such a sunken-cheek feeling that I even consulted about removing the stitches, and my jaw looked square. Now it is okay because it only shows a little when I smile, but if you do not want to go through a phase of feeling ugly, I do not recommend it
