I visited for a consultation, and the moment I got there I immediately sensed it was a factory-style hospital. They were having me fill out personal information for the first consultation process, but they asked for way too much personal data, even my resident registration number. I wanted to get a consultation first and, if the doctor's diagnosis seemed trustworthy, then discuss more specifically. Since I hadn't even decided on surgery yet, I asked whether a light consultation would be possible, and the receptionist said no. At the time the Personal Information Protection Act had changed, and I felt that collecting everyone's resident registration numbers was unnecessary for a simple consultation and would risk leaking personal information, so I left without being seen. Except for the first floor, they used several floors in the building, and one floor was reserved for foreigners.
