I had a consultation, and overall it was fine. The medical staff were kind, and the pre- and post-op care was thorough. But I am not 100% satisfied with the surgical result. It did not come out exactly as I wanted, but it was not to the point of being hugely disappointing. I think it would have been better with more careful care and explanation. Overall it was a decent experience, but there were still some regrets. I hope it improves later and becomes a better service. I like that communication was easy.
