I couldn't meet the director; I only met the consultation manager. The manager was nice too, but I was a little disappointed that I couldn't meet the doctor directly. I think I need to meet them in person and hear the explanation before deciding whether to have surgery. Still, I heard from people around me who had it done that it was okay.
