When I went into the hospital, the reception staff did not even greet me, and even when I went to the desk they did not try to make eye contact. Only after I spoke first did they tell me to write down my name and such. When I talked with the director, they just said I was being too sensitive and did not suggest any active way to handle it. I was very disappointed.
