I visited in 2022 with the goal of removing two raised moles on my face. The hospital interior was spacious and stylish. The woman who handled the consultation was full of energy. She gave a really cheerful, thorough consultation. When the director came in, he seemed meticulous. I said I live in the provinces and wanted to finish the procedure in one visit, but he said the mole was a bit too large to remove in a single session. He said it would take at least two surgeries, and when I thought about traveling back and forth from the provinces to Seoul for surgery twice plus at least one follow-up check, I felt really overwhelmed. In the end, I had the large-mole removal surgery done at another hospital I had consulted with before coming here. If I lived in Seoul, I think I would have wanted to have the surgery here.
