The director explained the things I didn't know in a gentle voice. However, it felt a little too pushy and hurried, and I was practically ushered out because the next consultation was waiting. Still, they pointed out many of the truly important parts of breast surgery, including things other hospitals had not mentioned, so I was like, oh~ Even with such a short consultation, they drew a picture of the breast tissue on paper to explain the parts I did not understand, and those points made me consider surgery. As a side note, they were really stunning.. unbelievably beautiful, gorgeous Anyone who has been there would probably agree. As for the CCTV part, they said a guardian could stand right in front of the surgery room glass door on the day of surgery haha So it felt like a place that proceeds with surgery transparently enough to be reassuring. But the consulting staff member. Judging from this person's style of explanation, I don't even know if they were the consultation manager, and they did not even have a name tag on. "Didn't you even get an explanation about ~~ at the other hospital?" They said things like that while sneering, and for some questions they clenched their molars hard and answered while making a look that was basically swearing with their eyes.. Why on earth?! They were a staff member with long hair in their early 20s (not the older person among the consultants). It was the only place I had been to where they gave me absolutely nothing after the consultation: no business card, no pamphlet, no consultation paper, nothing. Their attitude was so bad that because of this person, I lost the will to have surgery at OK. The doctor there was very good, though. When I posted a review of this hospital and a post about the person in charge of consultations on another community, there were reactions from others too saying the attitude felt unpleasant, so please keep that in mind. The doctor may not be able to see posts like this because they are busy operating, but I think they should take action. There are only two existing reviews, but since they are all extremely positive, I might look like someone from another hospital
