I'm male, and no matter how hard I worked out, it was really hard to manage the flab on the inner sides of my arms and the area near my axillary accessory breast tissue. I wasn't looking for arms as thin and slender as women's, but I wanted to get rid of the stubborn fat that is hard to lose through dieting, so I went in for a consultation about arm liposuction. The explanation was very detailed, and they even explained how to care for myself after surgery. During the consultation, they first understood my body type and gave a diagnosis tailored to that, which I liked.
