I had liposuction on the back of my upper thigh here....... and honestly, you cannot tell at all. The breast fat grafting was okay, but even though I paid for the thigh area, it was not completely removed. To be honest, I had high expectations, and since I did not have much time, I chose a place that could do a fast surgery, so I just wasted my money...
