Upper body liposuction was more expensive than other places, but I did it because I heard they do it well. The abdomen definitely got flatter, and it seems effective, but I ended up with new side breast tissue, which is the problem... haha... T_T The director was kind and seemed to handle the surgery follow-up well, but the price is definitely high.
