I only had a consultation with the consultation manager because the director was in surgery. I had made an appointment in advance, so I was a bit taken aback when they said the director had gone into surgery;; At other places, they said I’d have sagging, but here they told me I didn’t have to worry about sagging, so I was a little like, huh?
