I had my arms done about 4 years ago, and at that time they made me into a truly bony-arm look! I used to be 31~32, and after surgery I think I was around 24? So I was very satisfied with the arm shape, but the assistant did not remove all the sutures from one armpit incision, so I thought it was a scab or a scar. lol I did not know that and went on for years until I realized not all the sutures had been removed. Later, after I removed the leftover sutures myself, a hole opened up at the incision site like an ear piercing... I can totally pass a needle through both sides of the suture holes... I also had liposuction for the accessory breast area, but it barely had any effect... honestly, I even wonder if they really removed it. My arms became bony, but I cannot really tell the difference in the accessory breast area. Because of all that, I take away one star from my expectations for the surgery. Still, the arm shape was done well!! Now, several years later, I have gained a lot of weight, so I do not have that line anymore, but even now the line is better than my original arms.
