The consultation was good. The surgeon, the manager, and the staff at the desk were all kind. The manager took really good care of me like an older sister, and the surgeon also made it clear during the consultation that if something was not right, it was not right. But the changing room door did not lock, so while I was changing clothes, someone walked in and I was startled.
