The person answering the phone was always kind, so I felt good right away. But the person who did the in-depth consultation, like in other reviews, felt a bit stiff and was neither friendly nor unfriendly, almost like AI. The advantages were that if I went at my reserved time, there was no delay and I did not run into anyone else, which made it feel private. This may have been because it was a weekday. And they have a signature line. The manager was friendly, but talked way too much. That could be a downside, but it also felt human. The doctor was very quiet and calm. Seemed like a good person. But professionally, there was no ultrasound or anything, just a pinch test and that was it. It felt like I had to lead the consultation by talking more than the doctor did. The doctor seemed to have good skills but was not very good at consultations, which was really disappointing. Honestly disappointing T_T Finally, the price was very different from the one I had seen through another app, so I felt annoyed. It was definitely not a cheap price.
