The director and the manager were scarier than I expected. When I was first consulting with the manager and asked about one thing again, she stared at me very intensely, and I was honestly a little scared for a moment. Then the director came in and we had the consultation, but overall it was not very clear. Most of all, whenever I tried to express my opinion, they spoke so sharply, almost like they were going to eat me alive, that I could not really say what I wanted during the consultation. At the end, they said things like this type of eye might not be possible from the photos... It ended with comments that seemed unaccountable and deflating, so that left a bad taste. There also seemed to be too few before-and-after samples for male patients. Everything the director showed me was for women only (..).
