The director was not as friendly as I expected.. But the manager was extremely kind, so the balance felt right. Not exactly friendly, but not unfriendly either, and they told me clearly what was possible and what wasn't, which actually felt refreshing. There are also many places that charge a high consultation fee, but there was no consultation fee here and they didn't push surgery on me.. I plan to come back for another consultation later.
