It was neither especially kind nor unkind, just moderate? They were not the type to greet you warmly and familiarly, but I liked that they only said what needed to be said. Still, some people might feel they are not very friendly. The consultation was short and concise, so it helps to prepare your questions in advance. The manager was kind.
