I went because it was said to be a one-doctor hospital. There were no problems in the process of booking the consultation; I called the day before and got the appointment. The hospital was small and the facilities were average. The consultation wasn't crowded at all, so at 1 p.m. I went straight in to see the surgeon. As rumored, there was a strong do-it-my-way attitude and a blunt tone, but the self-confidence came across as trustworthy.
