The consultation was fairly kind and they put in a lot of effort. The tone wasn't especially gentle, but I didn't feel they were unfriendly. During the surgery, one nurse seemed inexperienced and clumsy, so the doctor got very irritated at the nurse, and I felt on edge the whole time. I was annoyed that the nurse might make a mistake, but the doctor seemed meticulous and strict, so on the other hand it felt reassuring. I was worried about scars, but now you can only barely see them if you look closely, and they also did the inner corner correction just the way I wanted, which was nice. I hate doctors who do whatever they want once the surgery starts even if the patient asks for something else. The important thing was that I was most worried about whether my impression would change after turning forty, but thankfully it didn't.
