Ugh, the worst of the worst... The consultation manager said only one side had loosened, so I should only do one side, and the doctor came in and said, "Even the one side is not normal." It would have been fine to just say something like, "It seems better to do both sides," lol. And I asked whether the thread from the previous procedure could be removed since I could see it, but the consultation manager immediately said no and just seemed like they did not know anything. Between the manager and the director, it was not even 10 minutes T_T It all seemed like ads. Never going there.
