At first, the staff at the counter were laughing and chatting with each other a bit, so I found it off-putting. But after I met the consultation manager and talked, they asked carefully, felt my eyes by touch, and checked whether an incisionless procedure was possible. Then I met the doctor and talked, and they answered everything I wanted to know and checked the line three times. I'm satisfied.
