This is the first hospital I've seen this careless. This is a subjective impression, but they announced it as surgery up front, and I had to wait 20 more minutes. The consultation manager's tone was blunt, as if they silently wanted me to leave quickly. The doctor seems to mainly do in-line, and it felt so natural that toward the end I felt like we were not really communicating well haha. I wanted an in-out. I will never go again.
