I came in for forehead Botox and glabella Botox. First, I was surprised because the consultation room was very small, and the clinic manager was not professional. They recommended all sorts of things, but I did not really trust it. During the Botox injection, they checked that it was genuine, and the doctor said "sting, sting" every time they injected, so I was able to prepare myself mentally before getting it, which was nice. But they did not apply numbing cream, so I was a little scared before the injections.
