It's been 5 years, and I had no side effects. I saw a really big effect at the time. I got a lot of benefit in my thighs, so I also did my calves, but the calves did not have much effect. My thighs still have a thigh gap, and since the thighs saw such a big effect, I'm fairly satisfied haha
