Safety-focused, line-focused, 100% handmade, the chief surgeon even gives the anesthesia injections himself, feels like a big uncle, one surgery per day I think I could sum it up with those keywords. He also doesn't push sales too hard.. The chief surgeon explains everything in great detail.
