The director was really kind and explained everything in detail. During the surgery consultation, he showed me each before-and-after photo himself. Compared with that, the manager was pretty disappointing and did not feel very professional. It seemed focused on lines and safety first. The chiseled look I wanted was not really their style, so I did not have it done there. Of all the places I consulted, the director seemed like the best person.
