I went because I expected that having the eyeliner procedure done at a hospital would make it feel safer and more professional, and the event discount made the price cheaper. But while consulting with the director, I was left bewildered as the price kept getting added on one thing after another.. They really know how to talk. Still, I’m satisfied with the procedure.
