They seemed very attentive right after the surgery too, but the result was a complete failure. I told the doctor afterward, but he said it was not a surgery problem, it was because I wore the compression garment wrong (later, every place I got consulted for revision surgery said it was not a compression garment issue). After that, I had two revision surgeries at other hospitals and improved a lot, but I still have asymmetry, dents, and unevenness.
