I had booked an appointment to get a consultation, but they called to change it and said the director wasn't there, so a consultation wasn't possible and I couldn't get one. Still, that was the only time I had available, so I said I'd at least get a consultation with the general manager and went in. There was one desk staff member and no patients at all, but I waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room, then another 15-plus minutes in the consultation room before the consultation manager finally came in. They just wrote down basic things like whether I had allergies, and did not explain anything about my nose shape or what surgical method would be needed. They said it was only possible if the director came. I got no information at all except the price.
